Funeral Receptions often need last-minute help since they cannot be planned for in advance. We are looking for a great cloud of witnesses who can be sure that every family can have their time of grief ministered to in this very meaningful way. No one of us needs to be responsible for every funeral reception or every aspect of one. But on any given occasion, some of us can and will.

CONTACTING HELPERS
Many people can be contacted by email, but many cannot and would appreciate a phone call. This may be one of the most important jobs - giving those without email a chance to participate.

ORGANIZING
The Funeral Planning Team is composed of several people so that at least one can be available at a moment's notice - they are responsible for organizing (setting up, determining what help is needed, getting supplies). It would be helpful to have at least 4 people so that one is always available to determine what help is needed, to initiate the calls and emails to request help, to organize supplies and setup of the reception.

OTHER RECEPTIONS
There are often receptions related to Music events and other all-church celebrations that need help on occasion. If you can help with these on occasion, please check that box.
