Boneless Pork Roast with Marinade

David and Martha brought this to the Cookbook Potluck on Sunday August 23 - it was a big hit! Here is the recipe! Thanks, David and Martha!
 
Pork Roast Boneless - 6 to 8 pounds
 
Marinade - Recipe
1 C Chicken broth
¼ C Soy sauce
¼ C Honey
2 T Sherry
I T Lemon juice
Minced garlic ( four cloves )
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Ginger root chopped ( 2-3 inches long )
Marinate meat for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator Sear meat all sides and cook indirect 45 minutes or so.
